NORWICH - The Valley View Manor is rescheduling their annual Fall Festival originally scheduled for Wednesday will be postponed until next week and will be held on Wednesday, October 23 instead. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the front lawn of the manor at 40 Park Street in Norwich.

The festival will feature traditional fall treats such as cotton candy, popcorn, and hot dogs, as well as games and activities where attendees can win prizes. All proceeds from the event will support the residents’ activities fund.
