OXFORD – What a season it was for the Oxford Blackhawks boys soccer team with a lot of great memories, including their first MAC league championship win in program history.This season and the achievements made gave Oxford’s six seniors ; Landen Olinski, Bartalo Bourn, Sam Hendricks, Jack Figary - Knapp, Donovan Rickard, and Jared Sheridan, a ever-lasting memory of the hard work they put in for the last four years to get to the championship.

The team and coaches celebrated the 2024 season, where they gathered together one last time with the seniors and also handed out team awards. Paxton LaMonica earned the offensive player of the year award, Gordon Smith with the Golden Boot, Most improved went to Liam Philippone, Donovan Rickard was awarded the Most Valuable Player award, Landen Olinski earned the defensive player of the year award, and Sam Hendricks and Jared Sheridan both earned the Coaches Award.
