NORWICH - The Norwich Police Department (NPD), in collaboration with New York State Parole, has concluded an investigation into narcotics leading to the arrest of a local man.

Norwich Police Chief Reuben J. Roach said police found suspected drugs, paraphernalia, counterfeit cash, and weapons. He said the man arrested in the case was currently on parole from New York State prison for a drug-related offense.
