GREENE - The Oxford-Greene Wrestling team welcomed the Unatego-Franklin-UV Spartans to Greene High School on Friday, where the Spartans came away with a 57-17 victory.

Oxford-Greene's Orion Lamen and Ryder Hitt earned forefits as Kade Mustin defeated Trent Deboer by technical fall in the 124 weight class as the only points scored for the Blackhawks.

UV's Wyatt Meade pinned David Dunkel in 1:02 in the 190 weight class as Yanni Drapaniotis pinned Tallan Davis in :11 seconds. Oxford-Greene's Urijah Dibble and Colten Button got wins by pin in the exhibition matches.

Oxford-Greene returns to the mat after winter break on January 7 against Deposit-Hancock in Oxford, starting at 6 p.m.
