DELHI – The Norwich Purple Tornado boys basketball team traveled to non-league opponent Delhi on Friday, where the Purple Tornado took down the defending MAC champs 63-52. Norwich improved to 6-0 on the season.
Norwich had four leading scorers post 10 points or more. Steven Dowdall continues to have a great senior year as he led the team with 17 points. Graham Burton followed with 14 points as Mitchell Collins had 11 points and Kassen Stubb with 10 points.
Norwich (6-0) will play in the 2024 Coaches vs Cancer boys basketball invitational over the weekend of December 27 and 28 at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena.
