ALBANY - The 248th Session of the New York State Assembly officially began at the Capitol on Monday, with Assemblyman Joseph Angelino (R,C-Norwich) pledging to represent the more than 133,000 constituents of District 121, which spans portions of Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Madison, and Otsego counties.

“As I prepare to begin another legislative session, I am reminded of just how humbled and honored I am to represent the people of District 121,” Angelino said in a statement. “Rest assured, I will continue to fight for upstate rural values and work to ensure state government works for all, not just those downstate.”
