OXFORD - This month, Oxford Memorial Library is hosting a couple of fun and educational events. At 11:00 a.m. on Saturday January 25, the New York State Citizen Preparedness Corps will be doing a Disaster Preparedness Training.
Learn all the valuable skills to stay prepared incase disaster strikes. January’s Adult Craft Night is making Teacup Bird Feeders on Thursday January 30 at 5:30 p.m.
Participants will learn how to make a suet mix to fill their teacups. You can bring your own cup if there’s one at home with a small chip or just a cute one found at the thrift shop. Oxford Memorial Library will be closed on Monday January 20 and Wednesday January 29 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Chinese New Year.

Oxford Memorial Library is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Library Clerk to join our team!
If you have a passion for books, organization, and providing excellent service, apply now. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. The work involves the performance of routine library clerical duties necessary for the proper organization and distribution of library materials. No prior knowledge of library procedures is required; on-the-job training is provided by the library director and staff. Basic typing, filing and computer skills are needed.
