CHENANGO COUNTY - Mirabito Philanthropy is proud to announce the success of its 33rd Annual Golf Classic, held on June 4 and 5, 2024 at the prestigious Turning Stone Resort and Casino.
The past year’s tournament marked a milestone as it was the first-ever hosted at Turning Stone and raised an impressive $150,000 to support charities aligned with the mission of Mirabito Philanthropy: advancing medical research and supporting families in our communities.
The event brought together Mirabito’s friends, customers, business partners, employees and family members, filling all three of Turning Stone Resort’s premier golf courses. This extraordinary participation underscores the shared commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need.
Proceeds from the Golf Classic were distributed to several outstanding organizations, including:
Cystic Fibrosis Foundation: Supporting critical research and care for those affected by cystic fibrosis.
David’s Refuge: Providing respite, resources, and support to caregivers of children with special needs.
Make-A-Wish: Granting life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses.
The Upstate Foundation (Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital): Enhancing healthcare and community services in the CNY region.
Cure Rare Disease: Advancing treatments for rare neuromuscular diseases.
Michael J Fox Parkinson’s Research: Working to eliminate Parkinson’s Disease.
The Fairview Recover Services: Offers a wide range of substance use disorder treatment services.
Roswell Park Cancer Center: A comprehensive cancer center in located in Buffalo, NY.
Mercy House of the Southern Tier: A community care shelter that provides a home to people with terminal illnesses who can no longer remain at home.
The CHOP Foundation: Providing lifesaving treatment and game-changing discovery for children with cancer.
The Boys & Girls Club: Ensuring all youth have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

In December, Mirabito Philanthropy representatives visited the beneficiaries of the funds raised, offering us the distinct pleasure of meeting with the organizations that provide so much hope and support to those in need in our communities.
