ITHACA - Over the weekend, Bainbridge-Guilford/Afton, Norwich, Oxford-Greene, and Unadilla Valley indoor track teams traveled to Ithaca College to compete in the Quinney Invitational. The Norwich girls and BGA tied for 18th place while UV came in 21st.
The BGA boys came in 10th place with Norwich behind them in 11th while the Oxford-Greene and the UV boys did not place.

BGA:
Girls: The BGA girls competed in four relays as a team, where they finished sixth in the 4x55 shuttle hurdle relay, earned two seventh place finishes in the 4x200 and 4x800, and finished 15th in the 4x400.
Aside from the impressive team performance, Maddie Ingham and Clare Sullivan led the Bears to top 10 finishes in the track events. Ingham took third in the 600 meter run with a new best time of 1:44.17 as Laila Williams finished 26th with a time of 1:57.71 and Madi Beardslee in 37th with her new best 2:10.06.
Sullivan finished eighth in the 1500 meter race walk with a time of 9:14.31 with teammate Tabitha Charette behind her in ninth with a new best time of 9:16.96. Isabel Suda came in 11th with her new best of 9:30.70 as Kathleen Charette finished 17th with a new best 11:34.58.
