GREENE – With bowling season winding down, the end-of-year house tournaments have begun at the Greene Bowlodrome. The Women’s Handicap Tournament was held March 15 with 17 bowlers participating.

Joy Thorn defeated Kayla West 221-216 in the finals to capture this year’s crown, her first at the Greene Bowlodrome.

In the roll-offs, fifth-seeded Naomi Boardman defeated fourth- seeded Linda Gransbury 234-198. Naomi then was defeated by third-seeded Joy Thorn, 223-216.

Joy then won against second-seeded Brandy Eck 258-215, leading to the finals, where Joy defeated top-seeded Kayla West 221-216, taking home the 2025 Championship title.

The Mixed Scratch tournament will be this Saturday, March 22, starting at 1 p.m.
