EARLVILLE - Sometimes, you just need a moment to take a breath and to enjoy some adult conversation.

The men at First Baptist Church are hosting a “Ladies Movie Night,” featuring the film “War Room” from the creators of “Fireproof” and “Courageous.”

The film is a compelling faith drama featuring the acting talents of Pricilla Shirer, T.C. Stallings, Karen Abercrombie, Alex Kendrick, and Micheal JR. Tony and Elizabeth are a married couple who appear to have it all: successful careers, a dream house, and a beautiful daughter.

While appearances can be deceiving, underneath the facade of the American dream everything is crumbling under the strain of marriage. While Tony is plagued with temptation, Elizabeth is bitterly resolved to becoming a great real estate agent. Their lives change unexpectedly when Elizabeth meets Miss Clara, who encourages her to create a "War Room" and have a battle plan for her family. Elizabeth fights for her family as her husband struggles with infidelity. He must make a choice.
