SOUTH OTSELIC — Join the Road to Recovery Project to save the evening grosbeak at 7 p.m., Saturday, April 26, in the United Methodist Church, located at 102 Clarence Church Road, South Otselic.

The program will be hosted by The Otselic Valley Fishing and Heritage Association, The Chenango County Bird Club and C.S. Miller Books, and sponsored by NBT Bank of Norwich.

Finch Researcher Matthew Young will present the program titled “The Evening Grosbeak Road to Recovery” and also read from the “Stokes Guide to Finches,” which he co-authored with Lillian Stokes.

The guide introduces 43 different finches throughout North America.
