Luana was born in Norwich on Aug. 22, 1936, the daughter of Marian L. and Prudence L. Byam Crawford. She attended the Norwich schools and has spent her entire life in the Oxford and Norwich areas. ONEONTA – Juna A. Richards, 90, of Oneonta, and formerly of Rockdale, passed away Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012 at A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta.
She was born June 6, 1922, daughter of the late David B. and Hazel (Holdredge) Adams in Morris.
