OTSELIC – Fritz Lapuszynski of Houston, Texas, lost his courageous battle with Emphysema at age 47 on Jan. 13, 2008 and went to be with our Lord.
Fritz is the beloved son of Charles (who predeceased him in December of 2002) and Norma Lapuszynski, who now resides in Otselic.
Fritz was born in Norwich and lived in Georgetown until 1978 (17 years old) when he then moved to Houston, Texas with his parents where he graduated from Brazosport High school in Freeport.
Fritz lived in Houston at the time of his untimely passing. He attended Barber School in Freeport, Texas and had a very successful career in Houston.
Fritz is also survived by three sisters: Carol Spann of Otselic, Sharlene Crossway (husband Mick) of Houston, Texas, Wendi Stone (husband Tim) of Eaton; and one brother: Richard Lapuszynski of Otselic. He also leaves behind a very special family friend, Albert Kreger of Houston, Texas, who was of much support during his illness and passing. Fritz also left behind several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He also leaves his beloved and very talented pet companions, Sweet Pea (Boston Terrier) and Gregory Peck (Cockatiel).
He had a special fondness for animals. He loved to read and listen to all types of music. He was known by his family as The White Knight and is truly a hard act to follow. Fritz was loved by all who knew him, he was a kind gentle man and was very important to his family as his family was also very important to him. He will surely be missed.
There will be a memorial ceremony for Fritz to be announced at a later date.
