NORWICH – Mr. Peter F. DeSarro, 80, of Utica, passed away on Monday, Jan. 28, 2008.
He was the beloved father of John F. and Katherine DeSarro of Norwich, and the cherished grandfather of Mare DeSarro and Peter DeSarro.
Peter’s visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Eannace Funeral Home, 932 South St., Utica. By family request, please omit floral offerings. In recognition of Peter’s admiration and regard for the spiritual community and research organizations, his children ask you to consider memorial contributions in his honor to St. Mary of Mt. Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Parish, Notre Dame High School or the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Peter’s funeral service and celebration will be held at noon on Saturday at the funeral home and at 1 p.m. at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Parish, where his Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.
