PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Mary A. Ratcliff, 96, of Piscataway, N.J., passed away Feb. 7, 2008 at Care One at Highlands Nursing Home, Edison, N.J.
She was born in New York City and had lived in Norwich before moving to Piscataway, N.J. 12 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband, Elmer, in 1996.
Mary, a homemaker, was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Piscataway, N.J.
Surviving is her daughter, Joan Gagne, Piscataway, N.J.; three grandchildren, Joan Varga & Francis Scharnikow, both of Piscataway, N.J., Michelle Eddins of Norwich; four great-grandchildren, Lauren, Erin & Katharine Varga and Jeffrey Scharnikow plus one great-great-grandchild, William Goggel.
Visiting will be Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 DunellenAve., Dunellen, N.J. There will be a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Fatima Church on Tuesday. Interment will be in Lake Nelson Memorial Park, Piscataway, N.J.
