NORWICH – Sandra K. Lessley, 60, formerly of Washington, passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008 at the Valley View Manor Nursing Home, Norwich where she had resided since 2002.
She was born June 20, 1947 in Walla Walla, Wash., a daughter of Walter S. and Dorothy Longanecker and received her education in local schools. Sandra was a Licensed Practical Nurse who did home health care in Lacey, Wash. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Norwich.
Surviving is her mother, Dorothy of Oregon; her sons and daughters-in-law, Preston R., Sr. and Amy Lessley of Earlville; Giles W. and Michelle Jaite of Earlville; Patrick T. Jaite of Olympia, Wash.; a brother, Steve Napier of Oregon; eight grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Cole Dr., Norwich.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
There will be no calling hours.
