NORWICH – Byron (By) W. Bramer, 69, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008 in Ocala Fla. Before moving to Florida in 1994, By spent many years in the Norwich and Sherburne area as well as Conklin.
By is survived by his companion Rita Kreider, Florida; daughter Debbie(Victor) Zampetti, Cazenovia,; son Bruce (Colleen) Warminister, Pa.; sister Betty (Joe) Simora, East Petersburg, Pa., brother Barry (Kathy), Missoula, Mont., his great aunt Viola Jantzen, Earlville, five grandchildren: Katy, Ryan, Kylie, Shaun and Connor; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
By had retired from Procter & Gamble at Woods Corners in Norwich as a research technician. By was an active member of the Order of the Eastern Stars, Masonic Lodge, The Eagles, Shriners, the Elks Club and a member of the Florida High Twelve Club.
A memorial service is planned for Feb. 26 in Florida.
