EAST PHARSALIA – Amy Van Sickle, 52, of East Pharsalia passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 2, 2008 in Bainbridge.
She was surrounded by her friends and family. Amy was born in Morristown, N.J. on April 21, 1955 to the late Frank and Frances Burress. She was the middle of three children. Amy was an interpreter for the deaf. She dedicated a large portion of her life to serving the deaf community.
She is survived by her loving husband, Russell, East Pharsalia; two devoted sons Matt and Derrick of Oregon; a loving sister, Debby of Bainbridge; six grandchildren in Oregon and many close friends.
She is also predeceased by her brother.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family
