OXFORD – Ralph U. Jeffords, 90, of Oxford, passed away on March 10, 2008. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main Street, Oxford. Friends may call at the Behe Funeral Home on Thursday from 1 p.m. until the service at 3 p.m.
