SHERBURNE – Jordan James Mathis, infant son of Michael Mathis and Maranda Miller of Sherburne, went to be with the angels on May 28, 2008 in the Community Memorial Hospital of Hamilton.
Jordan is survived by his mom and dad Michael and Maranda, his sister Nevaeh Mathis all of Sherburne; his maternal grandparents Randy and Wendy Miller also of Sherburne; his paternal grandmother and grandfather Diana Theofilogiannakos of Norwich and Edward James Mathis of South Carolina; his maternal great grandmother Connie Hazard of Norwich; and his paternal great grandmother Joan Howard and her husband Joe of South Carolina. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, great aunts and uncles also survive.
Jordan was predeceased by his maternal great grandparents, Herbert and Ruth Miller and his paternal great grandfather Raymond Hazard Sr.
Graveside services for Jordan will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday from the Sheds Cemetery of Sheds. The Rev. Ken Fallon, pastor of the Crossroads Community Church of Sherburne, will officiate. There will be no calling hours.
