LINCKLAEN - Elaine C. Outwater, 61, of Lincklaen, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2008, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Syracuse.
She was born in Moravia. Elaine was a Mental Health Aid for the Chenango County Mental Health Dept. She was a graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, Mo. and was a lifelong member of the Assemblies of God Church.
Surviving are her husband, Wayne Outwater of Lincklaen; sons, Jeffrey Tratt of Springfield, Mo. and Timothy Tratt of Moravia; stepdaughters, Sandi Warner and Megan Warner of Lincklaen and Sylvia Schmitz of Syracuse; step sons, Wally Schmitz of Syracuse and Seven Warner and Mark Card of Lincklaen; sister Jolene (Harold) Hapgood of Blodgett Mills along with nine grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday at 5 p.m. at the Cazenovia Assembly of God Church, 3360 Thompson Rd., Cazenovia. Calling hours will be Saturday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the church.
