SHERBURNE – Jerome T. McKinney, 64, of Grace Manor Apts., Knapp St., passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at his home.
He was born June 5, 1944 in Astoria, NY a son of Emmett and Virginia Kearns McKinney and was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Queens. Jerry served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1964. Moving to the Sherburne area several years ago, he had worked with Catholic Charities in Norwich, and for Service Pharmacy in Sherburne.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2008 in the Sherburne Quarter Cemetery, Rt. 12B, Sherburne.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne.
