NORWICH – Richard E. Moore, 60, of Lawton-Scheer Road, Norwich, passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2008
Richard was born in Natural Bridge, on Feb. 29, 1948.
Richard is survived by his long-time partner, Theresa McCoy of Norwich; his five children and their spouses, Tina and Ray McDonald of Winchester, Va., Richard Moore of Winchester, Va., Teresa and Eddie Evans of Winchester, Va., Eric Moore of Oxford, and Jamie Moore of Michigan; his father and step-mother Harold and Cora Moore of Norwich; his three brothers and their wives, Robert and Debbie Moore of Meriden, Conn., Gary and Denise Moore of Oxford and David and Patricia Moore of Norwich; his sister-in-law, Amy Moore of Cortland; and thirteen grandchildren. Richard was predeceased by his mother, Theda (Baker) Moore and his brother Timothy Moore.
Richard spent his adult life as a Norwich resident. He loved his home, motorcycles, cars, his CB radio and the outdoors.
Services for Richard will be private.
