NORWICH – Pauline Mae Bontorno, previously married to Augustus Bontorno, died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2008.
Born in Boston, Pauline married and raised her family in Danvers, and moved to Norwich in 1986 to be with her adult children.
She is survived by her son Alan, daughter Donna, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, sister, and son Neal.
Pauline recently lived at Preston Manor and previously lived at Marlene Meadows and Mead’s Pond. Her passions were denim shirts and good food.
A memorial gathering will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Bowman Lake waterfront.
