Howard Dowling
NORWICH – Howard R. Dowling, 63, Norwich, passed away Monday, Oct. 27, 2008 in Wilson Hospital of Johnson City after a long illness.
He is survived by his wife Joan of Norwich; a son, Howard Dowling; two daughter Jackie Dowling and Colleen Earl; nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and his mother-in-law, Margaret Gallo of New Jersey.
There will be no formal funeral services. Arrangements are by the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home of Norwich.
