OXFORD – Monroe B. “Skip” Rogers, of Oxford passed away peacefully on Monday, May 18, 2009 at his home, with his family by his side.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday. Friends may call at the Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main St., Oxford on Friday from 7-9 p.m.
