DOROTHY CRANDALL
SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. – Dorothy Crandall, 68, of Sevierville, TN and formerly of McDonough, NY earned her angels wings when God called her peacefully home on Jan. 8, 2014.
Married to Richard Crandall for 50 years, both were retired and they were both avid sports fans who enjoyed traveling, gardening and home projects.
Dorothy is survived by her 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Tess Crandall and her children Sydney and Brandon of Luzerne, PA, Lisa and Brian Hoot and their daughters Kristin and Andrea of Port Treverton, PA and Joel Crandall with Tone and Flex (granddogs) of Los Angeles, CA. Also surviving are her 3 brothers Bub, Sliv and Billy, her sister Donna along with several nieces and nephews.
Dorothy worked for many years for the Chenango County Social Services Dept. before retiring to the Smokey Mountans of TN.
She was predeceased by her parents Howard and Alma Bradt.
A funeral service for Dorothy will be held on Tuesday evening, Jan, 14, at 7 p.m. from the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Diane DiLuzio, Pastor of the McDonough United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will be at a later date in the Union Cemetery of McDonough.
Friends may call at the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5-7 p.m.

Mom was the Ruler of the Roost, who enjoyed her Elvis music and now they have both left the building.
