NORWICH – Gerard J. Walsh, 86 of Norwich, NY, formerly of West Sayville, NY, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Norwich Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He is survived by his wife Joyce; their daughter Brenda Ivans and her husband Joe.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, January 21 at St. Bartholomew’s Catholic Church in Norwich, NY, with Rev. Ralph Bove officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 PM – 7 PM at Behe Funeral Home, 21 Main Street, Oxford, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to be made to Hospice of Chenango County, 21 Hayes Street, Norwich, NY 13815.
