NORWICH – Norman Manzer, 79, of 40 Park Street, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009 at the Valley View Manor Nursing Home.
Graveside services for Norman will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
The arrangements are by the Wilson Funeral Home.
