NORWICH – Milton D. “Milt” Dexheimer, 59, of Brewerton, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2009 after a brief illness.
Born in Charles City, IA he was a resident of Syracuse for 35 years. He was a 1967 graduate of Norwich High School and a 1972 graduate of University of Ozarks with a Business Degree. Milt was the President of New York Auto Recovery, Inc., for 28 years. He was a Board Member of The American Recovery Assoc., Time Finance Adjusters and National Finance Adjusters; he was also the Vice President of the ARA. He is predeceased by his parents, Donald & Marian Dexheimer and sister, Caroline Sattari.
Milt is survived by his long time companion, Nancy Glynn; brother, Carl (Sheryl) Dexheimer of DesMoines, IA; three nieces & a nephew; and many fellow adjusters and friends he loved.
Calling hours were Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 Route 31, Baldwinsville. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Clay.
