BEVERLY A. SINES
BAINBRIDGE – Beverly A. Sines, 83, of Bainbridge passed away peacefully but unexpectedly Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Wilson Hospital in Johnson City.
She was born August 10, 1931, daughter of the late Harry and Grace (Kelly) Teehan in Walton.
Beverly married Harold Sines on October 15, 1949 and together raised 10 children. She was a home maker and worked as a waitress in many of the local restaurants. Beverly loved to bake and was known for her chocolate Mayo cake and her fruit salad at Thanksgiving.
She was a loving Mother who loved cats and was a Precious Moments collector. She was also a Cub Scout and Girl Scout leader when her kids were growing up.
Her family came first, she was a devoted mother and grandmother always putting others needs before her own.
Beverly is survived by: 6 Sons – Richard (Bonnie) Sines, Bainbridge, Randy (Chris) Sines, Jacksonville, FL, Rodney (SueAnn) Sines, Endicott, Robert (Penny) Sines, Greene, Roger (Chris) Sines Smyrna, Rudolph (Amber) Sines, Sidney Center; 4 Daughters- Susan Thompson, Louisburg, NC, Nancy (Joe) Johnson, Mt. Upton, Betsey (Jerry) Gilbert, Louisburg, NC, Diane (Helen) Murrell, Asheville, NC; Grandchildren – Kelly, Richard, Dylan, Marissa, Daniel, Kaitlin, Hunter, Tamara, Gabrielle, Melanie and Rudy; Siblings, Linda Huych, Robert and Bill Teehan.
Beverly is also survived by her canine friends, Lilly, Layla and Ginger.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was predeceased by her brothers, Paul, Dick, Jerry, Eddie and David (Buggy).
Friends may call Tuesday, March 17, 2015 from 3-7 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 18, at 11:00 AM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel with Rev. Fred Albrecht officiating.
Burial will be in Walton Cemetery at a later date.
