SHIRLEY EARL
MILLERS CREEK, NC – Shirley Earl, formerly of Norwich, Zephyrhills, FL and most recently of Millers Creek, NC, passed away Friday, July 3, 2015, at the home of her son in Millers Creek. She was the daughter of Percy Alton and Fannie Walker Squires.
Shirley was employed for many years by the Norwich Pharmacal Co. from which she retired. Following her retirement she moved to Zephyrhills until moving a short time ago to Millers Creek. She will always be lovingly remembered for her vibrant and zestful personality, her sense of humor and generosity.
Shirley is survived by her children Gary Moore and wife Kimberly of Millers Creek, NC, Tim Moore and wife Shelly of Mt. Juliet, TN, Robert (Scott) Steward of Sanford, NC, her siblings Claude Squires and wife MaryLou of Norwich, Barbara Albertina of Sherburne, Nancy Simpson and husband Richard of Northville and Norma Heald of Norwich. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchild, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Shirley was predeceased by her sister Flora Frink and brothers Percy M. and David Squires.
Private graveside services for Shirley will be held at the convenience of the family from the Riverview Cemetery in Oxford.
