CARLETTA RUSSELL
Carletta Russell, 71 of Oxford passed away on December 20, 2015 at Binghamton General Hospital, Binghamton. She was born on January 6, 1944 in Oxford a daughter of the late Carl and Ethel ((Baker) Moore. On November 17, 1962 in Oxford she married Stewart Russell, who survives.
Besides her husband, Steward, she is survived by her children, Jeff and Tammy Russell of Oxford, Greg Russell of Oxford and Steve Russell of McKinney, TX; her brothers, Douglas and Julie Moore, Harry and Marie Moore and Richard and Marilyn Moore; her sister Hazel Knapp; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
She attended Oxford Academy and Central School. She loved flower gardening. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
