John Smith, 61, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2016. John was born on April 8, 1954 in Red Bank, NY a son of William and Agnes Smith.
John is survived by. his mother Agnes, his cousins Ann Mahoney, Lois Hammond, Martha Mahoney, Suzann Mahoney, and Carol Geisinger. John is also survived by his family care providers Dale and Bernice Brownell.
He is predeceased by his father William Smith as well as his brother David Smith.
John moved to oxford in 1983. He also attended the New Berlin Day-Hab Program.
