Anne Hathaway, 83 of Oxford passed away peacefully on June 19, 2016. She was born on January 19, 1933, in Cohoes, NY. Daughter of the late Charles and Loretta Malley. In July of 1957 she married William L. Hathaway, who died on November, 13, 2014.
Anne is survived by her children, William F. Hathaway of Winterset, IA, Sheila Hathaway of Oxford, Richard Hathaway of Oxford, Brian and Ruth Hathaway of Vermont, Mark Hathaway of Vermont, and Cheryl and Mark Parks of Smithville Flats, NY. She is also survived by her bother Charles Malley, from Cohoes, NY, and her sister Loretta Davignon (Gerry) also of Cohoes, NY. Several nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren also survive.
Anne was a member of the Lake Gerry Association, where she lived. She enjoyed playing bingo and going to the races with her husband. She loved going to Mr. Chubb’s for morning coffee.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 1:30 PM in Gerald B.H. Solomon, Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, NY.
