SOUTH PLYMOUTH – Amy Lynn Donnelly, 39, 0f South Plymouth, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009 at the Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
Memorial services for Amy will be held at 11 a.m. Monday from the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Jim Moore, pastor of the North Pharsalia Bible Church, will officiate. Interment will be in the Donnellyville Cemetery.
