Kathy M. Mumbulo, 66, of Oxford, passed away on Thursday October 6, 2016 at Valley View Manor Nursing Home.
Born in Norwich, the daughter of Robert and Thelma Moorehead, Kathy was a graduate of Greene High School and Boces Cosmetology Program.  Known for her love of country music, Kathy's greatest joy was found in flying high above Chenango County out of the Norwich Airport.  Kathy also enjoyed trips to Florida to visit family and she was a cosmetologist in the Norwich/Oxford area for more than 30 years. Kathy happily served as the NY State Veteran's Home Cosmetologist and also was a CNA for many years.
Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who is survived by her husband, Dale Mumbulo; her daughter and son-in-law, Lynne and Richard Angle; her grandchildren, Michelle and Sara; sisters, Debbie, Sandy, Willa, and Sharon; her brother Robert; her aunts, Anna and Betty; brother-in-law, Ben Mumbulo Sr.; several nieces and nephews also survive. 
Kathy was predeceased by her parents; her brothers, Michael and Richard Moorehead; and her father and mother-in-law, Lawson and Drieta Mumbulo.
Calling hours will be held at R.J. Fahy Funeral Home on Sunday, October 16, from 2-4 PM. A memorial service for Kathy will be immediately following at 4PM with Rev. Nancy Hale, Pastor of the Broad St. United Methodist Church of Norwich, officiating.
