William G. Hatton, 72, of Sidney Center, passed away on Friday, October 21, at Valley View Manor Nursing Home.
An avid outdoorsman, William enjoyed camping and was known to lend a helping hand whenever he could, whether it was helping his neighbor chop wood or working on a local farm. A truck driver for thirty years, William had a love of dancing and led a happy life.
William is survived by his daughter, Tammy (Luis) Archebal, and her children, Cameo and Quin; his son, Tom Hatton, and his daughter, Emily Gray; his sisters, Phyllis Sease of Florida, Betty Hatton, and Pauline MacLaury; several nieces and nephews also survive.
William was predeceased by his wife, Myrna Howe.
A memorial service and celebration of life will be on Friday, October 28, from 2-4PM, at 727 County Road 8, McDonough, NY.
