Paul O'Neill 59, of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2016. Paul was born on September 13, 1957, son of Elaine and Paul O'Neill. He is predeceased by his mother Elaine Simmerline, his father Paul O'Neill, and his daughter Jennifer N. O'Neill.
He is survived by his loving wife Isabel Spicer, his daughter Ann O'Neill, grandsons Steven White Jr., Michael White, his sisters Kathy Cester, Peggy Carlson, Barbara Husted and their husbands John Cester and Mark Carlson. He is also survived by his brother in-laws Everett Spicer, Christopher Spicer Sr., and Anthony Spicer. He is also survived by his Sister in-laws Tammy Spicer and Doreen Haile as well as 16 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews with more on the way.
He loved to work. He was a man of many trades but his favorite type of work was fixing things or making things out of wood. He was a very family oriented person. He was the type of person that would open his heart and home to any person he met. If you were to ever have the pleasure of meeting him he was the type of person that everyone liked. He will be missed dearly by his friends and family.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Behe Funeral Home Inc. 21 Main Street, Oxford, NY 13830. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Friday, December 30, 2016 from 2:00PM – 3:00PM.
