DR. ROBERT L. CLEVELAND
Dr. Robert L. Cleveland Jr., 73, formerly of Norwich, and more recently of Cazenovia, and longtime Superintendent of the Norwich City Schools, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at SUNY Upstate Medical Center.
