MARJORIE A. ATWELL
Marjorie A. Atwell, 77, of Rome, NY passed away Saturday morning, July 8, 2017 at the ARC Home of Rome where she has made her home since 1958.
Marjorie was born on July 3, 1940 in Norwich the daughter of Paul and Anna (Buckout) Atwell. She has made her home in the Rome area all of her adult life where she enjoyed going out to eat, shopping trips and music.
Marjorie is survived by her siblings; Joan (Ken) Price of Crystal River, FL, Paul (Shirley) Atwell of So. New Berlin, John (Sandy) Atwell of Cowpens, SC and Tom (Cheryl) Atwell of Grandy, NC along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by her extended family at the ARC Home with whom she loved and enjoyed many great times throughout her life.
Marjorie was predeceased by a 1/2 sister Norma Atwell Gardner.
A graveside service for Marjorie will be held on Friday, July 14, at 11 am from the Mt. Hope Cemetery of Norwich. The Rev. Jeremy Stopford will officiate.
