THOMAS TOMSIC JR
Thomas “Chub” Tomsic Jr, 84, of Norwich, NY passed away on August 8, 2017 at his home in his sleep.
Thomas served his country as a Sargent in the u.s. Air Force in Gila Bend, A2. He was also a very hardworking man, who in his bit of spa re time built a log home which was his and Joyce’s residence, earned his pilot’s license and also built his own ult ra-light craft. He also enjoyed playing guitar, cards, gardening, and attending his grandkids sport events.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Joyce of 50 years, sons; Deryl Tomsic ( Mirna), Duane Tomsic, Kevin Tomsic (Sue) and daughter Valerie Slater, and many grandchildren; Bryan, Justin, Troi, Sean, TJ, and Troy; sister Anita Sherman and brother Terrance Tomsic (Sandy); along with several nieces and nephews. Thomas was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and honest and loyal friend to all.
Thomas was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Doris Tomsic, sist er Sally Money, and his son Timothy Tomsic.
In keeping with his wishes, a private family celebration will be held at a later date.
