Matthew Louis Gridley passed away on November 8, 2017. Matt was born on September 21, 1968.
He graduated from Norwich High School the class of 1986. After graduation he traveled and lived in many areas of the United States Florida, Colorado, Utah and the Island of St Croix. He finally made his home in Oregon. He was a self employed contractor and helped to build many beautiful homes including the last home he lived in as he was remodeling it. Matt began to draw as he grew older and loved the outdoors and exploring it.
Matt is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sandy and Peter McCarthy. His sister, Angela Gridley, his niece Kennedy Lee and his brother Aaron all of Norwich NY. He is also survived by many friends and relatives and a very special friend Teena McKenzie of Oregon. and his best dog friend Beckham.
Matt's ashes will be scattered in Oregon on Eagles Rest mountain where he loved to mountain bike.
We will be having a Celebration of his life at the Plymouth Fire Hall on December 3rd, 2017 from 1-4pm for friends and family to gather and celebrate Matts life.
