NORWICH – William W. “Bill” Aubrey, 84, formerly of Norwich and most recently of the New York State Veterans’ Home of Oxford, passed away early this morning, Nov. 27, 2009, at the Veterans’ Home.
Funeral arrangements for Bill are incomplete and will be published in a later edition of The Evening Sun.
