Sandra L. Clark, 57, of Classic St., passed away Monday, May 21, 2018 at the M.I. Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, NY.
She was born on August 27, 1960, a daughter of Franklin and Florence Zember Harter.
Sandra had been working at Sav-A-Lot in Norwich when she was diagnosed with end-stage renal disease, which she bravely fought through kidney dialysis. She especially
enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Sandra was of the Catholic faith and was a former member of the American Legion Post #876 Auxiliary in Sherburne.
Surviving is her husband, Randy Swartout of Sherburne; her children, Joshua and Meghan Huyck of Hagaman, NY; Crystal and Steven Massey of Manassas, VA; Nickolas Swartout of Columbus, IN; a sister, Pamela Smith of Mohawk, NY;
grandchildren, Jayden and Charlotte Huyck; Constantine and Vincenzo Famalaro; Martin, Daniel and Patrick Massey; and Madison Swartout. She was predeceased by a brother, John Harter.
A Celebration of her life will be held at Paddleford Park in Sherburne on Saturday, June 16, 2018 starting at 11am.
Interment is private at the convenience of her family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 10 S. Main St., Sherburne, NY.
