Robert H. “Bob” Lloyd, 96, of Lebanon Rd., passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Crouse Community Center in Morrisville.

He was born December 1, 1921 in Plymouth, NY, a son of Stewart and Anna Borreson Lloyd and received his education in local schools.

On August 25, 1945, Robert married Catherine Tredway in Smyrna. She predeceased him on December 31, 2014.

Initially, Robert was a herdsman, then a logging and lumber truck driver.

He later became a salesman for Agway, Inc. for 20 years, retiring in 1983. He enjoyed hunting and was a talented woodworking craftsman who made picture frames and cabinets for many years.

He was of the Methodist faith.

Surviving are his children, Patricia Wyman of Sherburne; Gary and Eileen Lloyd of Smyrna; a granddaughter, Kelly Goggins of Smyrna; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Donald Lloyd.

Friends are invited to call at the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 3 Preston St., Earlville on Tuesday from 5-7pm.

Graveside services will be private in West Hill Cemetery, Sherburne.
