Raymond L. Cook, 63, of Shawler Brook Rd., passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 in Earlville, surrounded by family and dear friends.

He was born March 13, 1955 in Oneida, NY, a son of Harold and Carrie Reese Cook.

He was a graduate of Sherburne-Earlville High School and received his AS in Plastics Technology from SUNY, Morrisville.

Ray was a custodian at the Sherburne-Earlville School District until retiring due to illness. Ray loved tinkering with cars and was a NACSAR fan who enjoyed going to the races.

Surviving are his daughter, Delaney R. Cook of Sherburne, and her mother, Lori Cole of New Hartford; sisters, Linnie M. Cook of Hamilton; Mary R. Bigford and Georgena M. Muhlfeld, both of Earlville; a brother, Wayne H. Cook of Greene; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be held at 2pm Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 3 Preston St., Earlville.

Interment will be in West Hill Cemetery, Sherburne.

Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1-2pm prior to the service.
