Carol Ann (DeForest) Tiffany was born June 17, 1954 in New Berlin, New York. She was a devoted CNA for 30-plus years. She went home to be with the Lord on May 23, 2018.

She leaves memories to be cherished by her husband, Carl, of 46 years, her two children, Kevin Tiffany and Tanya Hulion; her two grandchildren, Nikki and Evan; her great granddaughter, Baylee; her mother, Clementine DeForest; six brothers and sisters: Jr. DeForest, Jim DeForest, Sheila Bell, Tina Aikman, Carl DeForest, and John DeForest. She is preceded in death by her father, Gerald DeForest Sr., and her brother and sister, Johnny and Christine DeForest.

She will be missed dearly by her faithful dog Mr. T.
