David L. Rogers, 75, of Smyrna/Plymouth passed away Tuesday evening, August 7, 2018, at the Chase Memorial Nursing Home in New Berlin.
A funeral service for Dave will be held on Monday, August 13 at 1:00 pm from the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the South Side Cemetery of Plymouth.
Friends may call at the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home on Monday from 11-1 pm.
